Refund/Change of Mind & Return Policy

At Wi-Fi & Wear, we value your satisfaction.  Please read our policy carefully before making a return.

1.  Change Of Mind- 14 Days- If you change your mind for personal reasons, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.  To be eligible: 

  • Items must be unused and undamaged
  • Product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and original boxes must be included

Your Options:

  • Full refund to the original form of payment method
  • Exchange for another item of equal value

Please note that shipping costs for COM returns are the customer's responsibility.

2.  Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items - 30 Days

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not working, incorrect (different from what you ordered

Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package, and no later than 30 days from delivery.

Please kindly provide us with a proof of purchase, photos or videos showing the issue.

We will offer:

  • Full refund, replacement item or exchange

For damaged, faulty, or incorrect items caused by product quality issues, Wi-fi & Wear will cover the return shipping cost.

3.  12-Month Warranty Policy

All eligible products come with a 12-month limited warranty from the date of receipt.  If your product becomes defective due to manufacturing faults (non-human factors) within the warranty period, you may request:

  • Repair service, replacement item, partial or full-refund (where applicable)

Warranty Claims requirements:

Please provide proof of purchase, clear photos or video evidence of the defect

Shipping During Warranty:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for warranty repair claims unless otherwise agreed.

 

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Accidental damage (drops, water damage, misuse)
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Disassemble the product
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, packaging damage)
  • Normal wear and tear

If a product is damaged due to misuse or unauthorised return, the warranty will be void.
