That's why we treat every order like it's our own – packed with care, shipped fast from right here in New Zealand, and tracked every step of the way. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can keep an eye on its journey.

Not stoked with your purchase? We'll make it right!

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your Wi-Fi & Wear purchase, please contact us. For change of mind returns, the item must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged. In these cases, we can offer a refund or exchange for an item of the same value.

Please note that for change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the above criteria, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly.

Fast, tracked shipping and easy returns

We ship NZ wide within 2-5 business days – often sooner! We use NZ Post or a local courier service, and every shipment comes with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Plus, we offer 14-day returns on most items. If it's not the right fit or you've changed your mind, just contact us and we'll sort it out quickly.
